was so fun and exciting. really miss the culi practicals!

the preparation of the stuff was fine. just that i was too stingy at first. the mesculn not much taste. hmph. besides that.. also realised that i shd have cut the strawberries in another way..

haha. anyways, the apple tarte tartin was great. nah. didnt get to eat. just that the chefs were so kind to contribute the icecream!

service was great. though at times it was real busy. others was just slack.

so nice to be inside the cold kitchen..
